Poetry - Fallen Grace
Eternal torment at the hands of your flames,
Melancholy, flickering heart beats,
Charred remains that your lies have vanquished,
Fallen grace.
Shadows suffocate my tarnished being,
Eyes empty and void of all emotions,
Fear. Regret.
Frozen tears in my cage of fire.

Burning fire, extinguished flame,
Mirage of lights dance around me,
Creatures laugh from the shadows above,

Shattered remains of a broken life,
Broken mind, broken soul,
Shattered vision of purity and pain.
Bittersweet destiny,
Beloved betrayer,
Fallen angel with charred, broken wings,
Burnt halo hanging like a noose around your neck...
